Lead singer Elin Larsson and guitarist Dorian Sorriaux of the up-and-coming multicultural blues rock band BLUES PILLS have posted a video trailer where they talk about their decision to cover the 1973 CHUBBY CHECKER classic “Gypsy” that appears on the band's magical self-titled debut album, due out in North America tomorrow.

BLUES PILLS’ first full-length studio album will be released in the U.S. & Canada tomorrow, August 5th. It has already made waves in Europe, debuting at #4 on the German Media Control chart – an astounding accomplishment for any new band’s debut album.
The follow-up to 2013’s 4-song Devil Man EP, Blues Pills was produced by Don Alsterberg (GRAVEYARD, SOUNDTRACK OF OUR LIVES, THE INTERNATIONAL NOISE CONSPIRACY) and features artwork by world renowned Dutch artist Marijke Koger-Dunham (THE BEATLES, GEORGE HARRISON, ERIC CLAPTON).
